Our philosophy focuses on performance and we employ a series of telephone evaluations and mystery guests programs. We are positive-oriented, but also critical. Our reports identify outstanding performances and areas that have potential for improvement. We have found that objective, accurate and timely feedback coupled with employee recognition is one of the most effective ways to improve performance. This information can then be used for performance evaluations and for developing additional training programs.
We have more than 30 experienced, professional hotel evaluators throughout the United States. Following each visit, we welcome requests from the general managers or corporate office for a brief, verbal executive summary and to answer any questions of the evaluators.
